2017 Day Camp News!

Registration will open shortly, website is updated minus a few tweaks, but we wanted to share the news that we are expanding our camper coverage as well!

We will be adding a STEM Center to day camp this year and our theme for the summer is “Journey Into Space”!

We will welcome again our crossover campers – grades 6-8 and we look forward to having our campers who have aged out of traditional day camp, by offering the opportunity to come back up until an age where they can sign up to be Counselors In Training!

  1. Michele Sinopoli

Are the weeks for the camp determined yet?

    • Michele, thank you for your message – the dates and themes for day camp can be found in our website cubscoutcamps.org under Adventure Day Camp drop down and dates & rates! Please let us know if you have more questions.

  2. Rob Pomponio

When do you anticipate registration for Boy Scout Summer camp for 2016 to begin and is there a link to do so?

    Rob Pomponio

    • Rob, thanks for your email! Day Camp, Webelos and Cub Overnight are open as is Counselor In training. Which program in particular are you referring to?

  3. What week is the girls only camp?

    • Siu, thank you for your message. Starting in 2015 all six weeks are open to girls, so you can pick the week that works best for you.

Are you still seeing a place on our site that refers to the 1st summer that was only coed one week? If so, I’d like to find and remove it!

  4. I am considering enrolling my daughter in the Adventure Day Camp, but only if I know that there will be a fair amt of girls attending. Can you let me know how many girls are registered so far for each week? Also, if there are any girls from Hudson. Looking for this info for Adventure Day Camp only. Thanks

    • Hi Monika, I responded by email last yesterday, but for all who are reading this – we have 16 girls registered so far – up from 2015 and at a point where 47% of our campers will register this week just before the early bird dead line of May 1, so I expect that to grow. We have one girl from Hudson so far, returning for her 3rd summer, who was our 1st girl the first year we went coed.

  5. Jen Connor

My son loved his week at Adventure Day Camp last summer, and we are looking forward to this year. When will more details be available?

    • Jen, thank you for your message! We are glad he enjoyed his experience! Our apologies for delay in response! Dates and themes are updated on this site and registration is open! Let us know if there are questions you don’t find answers for in the site!

    • Have you already registered your grandson for camp? If not, when registering, there is a box to check that you are interested in volunteering. After May 1 which is the deadline to register as a volunteer, we will send you an invitation to the mandatory orientation and instructions about on line training and background check documentation required.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

  7. Have you already had the adventure daycamp open house (where new campers and families come to check out camp Resolute? Are there options for a tour outside these times?
